A modular packing system that connects magnetically, hangs from any wardrobe, and makes arriving feel like coming home.

There is a certain kind of traveller who pays attention to the small things: the light in a new city, the texture of an unfamiliar street, the way a room feels before you've touched a thing. For that traveller, the arriving is part of the experience. It should feel as considered as everything that came before it.

The Sejour set was made with that traveller in mind.

The Sejour set is three modular packing cubes that connect using our patent-pending magnetic connector system, a unique design found nowhere else. Each cube travels independently inside your suitcase, clicks together into a single unit when you're ready, and hangs from any wardrobe rail or coat hook on arrival. Open the front panel of each cube, and what you have is a portable, shelf-style wardrobe: your clothes exactly as you packed them, accessible without disturbing a thing.

No unpacking. No rearranging. Just the quiet satisfaction of being somewhere and having everything in order.

Pre-order terms

Preorder Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to any product listed on our site as a preorder. By placing a preorder, you agree to the following.

  1. What a Preorder Means
    A preorder secures your unit ahead of stock arriving. Placing a preorder does not guarantee immediate dispatch, it guarantees your place in the queue for the next available batch.
  2. Payment
    Full payment is taken at the time you place your preorder, not at the time of dispatch. This secures your order and allows us to plan production accurately.
  3. Estimated Dispatch Dates
    Each preorder listing shows an estimated dispatch window, for example "Ships [Month Year]." This is our best estimate based on current production timelines, not a guaranteed date. Dispatch dates can shift due to manufacturing, materials, or shipping factors outside our control. We'll keep you updated by email if anything changes materially.
  4. Changes to Your Order
    You can update sizing, colour, or shipping details on a preorder any time before it enters production. Contact us at hello@anece.com and we'll do our best to accommodate the change.
  5. Cancellations & Refunds
    You may cancel a preorder and receive a full refund any time before it ships. Once your order has shipped, our standard 30-Day Happiness Guarantee and return policy applies instead.

If we're unable to fulfil your preorder, for example due to a manufacturing issue, we'll notify you and offer a full refund.

  1. Delays
    If your estimated dispatch date is pushed back significantly, we'll email you with an updated timeline and the option to cancel for a full refund if the new timing no longer works for you.
  2. Product Changes
    Minor changes to materials, packaging, or finish may occur between when you preorder and when the product ships, as we continue refining the design. We'll always notify you of any change that materially affects the product you ordered.
  3. Your Rights
    Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a refund, repair, or replacement for a major failure. These terms sit alongside those rights, not instead of them.

A few things I filled in with reasonable defaults you should check before publishing: full payment upfront (some brands do a deposit instead), and that the 30-Day Happiness Guarantee kicks in from dispatch rather than order date. Also worth having a solicitor give this a final look before it goes live, preorder terms interact with the ACL in ways that are easy to get subtly wrong.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched on the next business day. A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order leaves us.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.

Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days — $10 (complimentary on orders over $100)

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days — $20

International Shipping 

We currently do not ship internationally.
