Q: What can I hang the system from?

A: The hooks works on any standard wardrobe rail. The hanging loop works on coat hooks, door handles, and luggage racks. If there's something to hang from, The Sejour Set will find a way.

 

Q: What size are the cubes?

A: Each cube is 31cm wide, 15cm high and 15cm deep. All together the set is 49cm high. Hanging the complete set is 62cm. Each cube holds approx. 6.8L. The full set holds approx. 20.7L.

 

Q: Will it fit in my carry-on?

A: Yes. The Sejour Set is proportioned to fit inside standard carry-on and checked luggage. If you'd like to confirm compatibility with a specific bag, we're happy to help, just reach out.

 

Q: Can I use the cubes separately?

A: Of course. Each cube works perfectly as a standalone packing cube. The magnetic system lets you connect them when you want the full experience, and separate them whenever it suits you better.

 

Q: Can two travellers combine their sets?

A: Yes. All Anece cubes are cross-compatible, so two people can each pack their own set and connect them into one shared hanging wardrobe at the destination.

Q: How does the magnetic connector work?

A: The connector on the bottom of one cube aligns with the connector on the top of the next. Magnets guide the cubes together and hold them securely along the vertical axis while hanging. To separate, simply slide one cube horizontally. A smooth, deliberate motion that releases the connection cleanly.

Q: What does the lifetime guarantee cover?

A: Any manufacturing defect or materials failure, at any point after purchase. We'll repair or replace the product.

A: We offer 14-day returns from the date of delivery. If Anece isn't right for you, return it for a full refund.
